Scholastic Art Award Winners!

Congratulations to the following 2011/2012 Scholastic Art Award Winners!  Computer Graphics Technology: Gold Key - Brennan Kennedy and Heather Miller. Silver Key - Heather Miller and Janine Musnit. Honorable Mention - Sherlee Chandler, Kapriatta Jenkins, Brennan Kennedy, Heather Miller, Brittney Mitchell and Alexia Smith. Art Class: Silver Key - Noelle Keefer. Honorable Mention - Brennan Crosby, Molly Douglas, Taylor East, Carrie Lynn McCormick and James Paul.  The reception and awards ceremony will be held on April 15, 2012. The reception will be held at the Mississippi Museum of Art at 12:30 p.m. and the awards ceremony will be held at the Jackson Convention Complex at 2:00 p.m.


Mississippi World Trade Center Poster Contest Winners

Congratulations to Computer Graphics 1 / Digital Media Technology student designers; Janine Musnit and Sherlee Chandler for placing in the Mississippi World Trade Center Poster Contest. Janine Musnit won 3rd Place and $50. Sherlee Chandler received an honorable mention.

International Economic Summit Champions
Clinton High School captured top honors in the International Economic Summit on November 29 at Mississippi College in Clinton. They represented the United Kingdom and emerged from a field of 100 high school and middle school teams to claim the championship.  They also won the bragging rights for “Best Costumes.”  The winning team was coached by Clinton High School Economics teacher, Charlotte Walker.
